Mt. Laurel, NJ – – On behalf of Norfolk Southern Railway Company, Capehart Scatchard Shareholder, Alan Fox, Esq. recently argued before the New Jersey Supreme Court involving a case of first impression concerning interpretation of the recent amendments to the New Jersey railroad condemnation statutes.

Mr. Fox, a Voorhees resident, has developed his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial transactions, renewable energy, bankruptcy, business law, real estate, zoning and land use law. Mr. Fox is currently assisting the City of Camden in connection with condemnation of abandoned properties.
