Capehart Scatchard Shareholders Present at NJSBA Spring School Law Forum

Capehart Scatchard Shareholders, Lauren E. Tedesco-Dallas, Esq. and Geoffrey N. Stark, Esq., spoke at the New Jersey School Boards Association’s Spring School Law Forum, held virtually on July 13, 2022.

Ms. Tedesco-Dallas and Mr. Stark presented an update on recent Harassment, Intimidation and Bullying (HIB) cases and addressed practical concerns and considerations school districts are facing with HIB matters.

Ms. Tedesco-Dallas, concentrates her practice on the representation of boards of education and charter schools in all areas of school law including: labor and employment, special education, Section 504, student discipline, FERPA, Anti-Bullying Bill of Rights Act, student residency, civil rights, tenure, OPRA, OPMA, and teaching staff tenure matters under TEACHNJ and ACHIEVENJ.
