On October 18, 2023, Workers’ Compensation Department attorneys, Stephen Fannon, Alexis Rose, and Jaclyn Terranova, presented a CLE entitled “Bridging the Workplace Generation Gap.” Ms. Terranova served as moderator for the panel discussion hosted by the Diversity & Inclusion Committee at the firm.
The participants provided an overview of the applicable statutes and case law addressing age bias and discrimination in the workplace. Additionally, they spoke on how to inspire generational synergy so that all workers are valued in the workplace. The panelists closed the CLE with a practical discussion on serving clients across the generational spectrum.
