Capehart Scatchard Shareholder, John H. Geaney, Esq., recently spoke at a meeting of the Monmouth-Ocean Counties Shared Services Insurance Fund (MOCSSIF).
Mr. Geaney addressed issues school boards face in workers’ compensation cases, including the decisions in Williams v. Deptford Board of Education and High v. Rose. Mr. Geaney also spoke on workers’ compensation fraud.
