Capehart Scatchard proudly announces that Karen V. Vincent, a Shareholder in the Workers’ Compensation Department, completed the 2025 TCS London Marathon on April 27, 2025, to raise vital funds for children with cancer.
Ms. Vincent ran in support of Children with Cancer UK, a leading charity dedicated to improving survival rates and quality of life of young cancer patients. Through her efforts, she raised more than $1,500 to help advance the organization’s mission of ensuring that every child and young person survives cancer.
Ms. Vincent has built a reputation for excellence in workers’ compensation law, while also being a committed advocate for important causes. With over 20 years of litigation experience, she focuses her practice on the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters.
Ms. Vincent earned her J.D. from Widener University School of Law and a B.A degree from Colorado State University. She is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, Justice James H. Coleman, Jr. Inn of Court, and New Jersey Association for Justice. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the United States Supreme Court.
