Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Commercial Litigation Department and School Law Department associate, Stacey R. Gorin, Esq., has been chosen as a Fellow of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s (NJSBA) 2023-2024 Leadership Academy. Miss Gorin is one of only fifteen attorneys selected for this prestigious year-long program.
The Leadership Academy curriculum includes a wide array of classes on topics such as improving communication skills, the legislative process, public-sector law, issues confronting the profession, the New Jersey Business landscape and more. The class is expected to graduate in May of 2024 at the NJSBA Annual Meeting and Convention in Atlantic City.
Ms. Gorin earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Camden, a M.A. in Professional and Business Communication from La Salle University, and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University. Upon law school graduation, she worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard J. Nocella, P.J.F.P. in Burlington County. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
