Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Commercial Litigation Department Associate, Stacey R. Gorin, Esq., has been awarded the prestigious Robert W. Criscuolo Award, presented annually by the Burlington County Bar Association (“BCBA”).

To be eligible for the award, candidates must be a member in good standing of the BCBA, under the age of 36 at the time of presentation of the award or involved in the practice of law for five years or less, and demonstrate significant involvement and contributions to the BCBA, community service, and other civic duties.

Ms. Gorin is currently the Young Lawyer Trustee to the BCBA.  While the COVID-19 pandemic has understandably brought new challenges to the BCBA, Stacey’s “outside of the box” thinking has propelled the Young Lawyer’s Division forward. Stacey, along with the other young attorneys of the committee, have planned modified remote and in-person events during this challenging time. Stacey is grateful to be recognized for this award and humbled to join the distinguished group of past recipients.

Ms. Gorin earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Camden, a M.A. in Professional and Business Communication from La Salle University, and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University.  Upon law school graduation, she worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard J. Nocella, P.J.F.P. in Burlington County.  She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
