On May 18, 2023, Capehart Scatchard associate, Stacey R. Gorin Esq., moderated a CLE held during the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Annual Meeting and Convention. The Young Lawyers Division, of which Ms. Gorin is a member of the Executive Committee, co-sponsored the seminar held at the Borgata Hotel, Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, NJ.

The panel discussion, entitled “So, You Want to Be a Trial Attorney,” provided insights for conference attendees on the nuts and bolts of trial preparation and presentation. Ms. Gorin thoroughly enjoyed serving as moderator for this incredible and prestigious panel.

Ms. Gorin, an associate in the Commercial Litigation and School Law Departments, earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in Camden, a M.A. in Professional and Business Communication from La Salle University, and a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Saint Joseph’s University. Upon law school graduation, she worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard J. Nocella, P.J.F.P. in Burlington County. Ms. Gorin currently serves as a Trustee of the Burlington County Bar Association. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and New York.
