Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Dana M. Gayeski, Esq. recently joined the Firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department in its Mt. Laurel office.
Ms. Gayeski, a Paulsboro resident, represents insurance carriers and employers in the defense of workers’ compensation claims at all stages of litigation.
Ms. Gayeski received her law degree from Temple University, Beasley School of Law and her B.S. degree in Finance and International Business from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business. Upon law school graduation, Ms. Gayeski worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Becker, Jr. in the New Jersey Superior Court, Gloucester County. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
