Associate Attorneys Join Capehart Scatchard

Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Patrick J. Graham, Esq., Nuo Jiang, Esq., Paige A. Joffe, Esq., Benjamin P. Ojserkis, Esq., and Bridget E. Velez, Esq. joined the firm as associates in its Mt. Laurel office.

Mr. Graham, Mr. Jiang, and Ms. Joffe focus their practice in litigation through the federal and state courts in New Jersey.  Mr. Ojserkis focuses his practice on cannabis law, policy, and regulatory compliance, and health law. Ms. Velez focuses her practice on representing employers and public entities in labor and employment law policy, procedural and litigation matters.

Mr. Graham received his law degree from Rutgers Law School, Camden and B.A. degree in English with a Minor in Writing from Neumann University. Upon law school graduation, he worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Jean S. Chetney, J.S.C. in Salem County.  He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Jiang received his law degree from Rutgers Law School, Camden and B.S. degree in Microbiology from the University of California – Davis. He was previously an associate with the Law Offices of Daniel B. Zonies in Cherry Hill.  He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.

Ms. Joffe received her law degree from Drexel University Thomas R. Kline School of Law and B.S. degree in Business Administration from Drexel University. Upon law school graduation, she worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Christine S. Orlando, J.S.C. in Camden County.  She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Mr. Ojserkis received his law degree from Rutgers Law School, Camden and B.A. degree in History with a Minor in Central Eurasian Studies from Indiana University Bloomington. While at Rutgers Law School, he was an Eagleton Policy and Law Fellow, where he was assigned to the New Jersey Department of Health – Division of Medicinal Marijuana. Upon law school graduation, he worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Anthony M. Massi, J.S.C. in Mercer County.  He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.

Ms. Velez received her law degree from Rutgers Law School, Newark and B.A. degree in Political Science from Lehigh University.  Upon law school graduation, she worked as a law clerk to the Honorable Douglas H. Hurd, P.J. Civ. in Mercer County.  She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
