Mt. Laurel, NJ – – Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Nikitas Moustakas has recently joined the Firm as a shareholder. A Mount Laurel resident, he counsels corporate and individual clients on a variety of legal matters including real estate/business acquisitions and sales, estate planning and administration, business transactional law, and community and homeowners associations.
He received his J.D. from New England School of Law, B.S. degree from Temple University, M.B.A. from Philadelphia University and L.L.M. in Taxation from Villanova School of Law. Mr. Moustakas is admitted to practice law in New Jersey.
