Mt. Laurel, NJ – – Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Shareholder Nikitas Moustakas, Esq. will be sworn in on June 7, 2013 as a Trustee of the Burlington County Bar Association at the Installation Dinner Dance to be held at the Laurel Creek Country Club in Mount Laurel.
Mr. Moustakas, a Mount Laurel resident, counsels corporate and individual clients on a variety of legal matters including real estate/business acquisitions and sales, estate planning and administration, business transactional law, healthcare law representing physician and physician practice groups and community and homeowners associations.
He received his J.D. from New England School of Law, B.S. degree from Temple University, M.B.A. from Philadelphia University and L.L.M. in Taxation from Villanova School of Law.
