Attorneys from the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department, Riham Alzabey, Rachael Newcomb, Morgan Pyle, and Alexis Rose, recently participated as Team “The IncrEDIBLES” in the Food Bank of South Jersey’s “Hunger Games” food competition. The fundraiser was held at the Food Bank’s headquarters in Pennsauken, NJ on June 22, 2023.
The Hunger Games competition is a fun, team building challenge with proceeds going to benefit the Food Bank’s hunger relief programs for children. At this year’s event, five corporate teams received one box of mystery ingredients and had 45 minutes to whip up a dish for three food savvy judges in a live cooking competition. Each participating team consisted of four members, and a culinary advisor mentor, who worked together to create a meal from a box of food items that the Food Bank typically distributes through its pantry network.
