Capehart Scatchard was a sponsor of the 8th Annual Gala of the South Asian Bar Association of New Jersey (SABA-NJ), held at the Marigold in Somerset, NJ on October 20, 2022. The Honorable Rukhsanah L. Singh, Magistrate Judge for the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, was the keynote speaker. A highlight of the evening was the presentation of scholarships to current law students to commemorate the Gala.
Shareholder, Sanmathi “Sanu” Dev, an active SABA-NJ member, attended the event along with Associates Natasha Sawh and Saikrishna Srikanth. The organization is a voluntary association of attorneys and professionals in the New Jersey area dedicated to the needs, concerns and interests of the South Asian community in New Jersey.
