On December 13, 2022, Workers’ Compensation Department Associate, Amanda J. McNelly, Regina Philipps, Partner at Madden & Madden, P.A., and Briana Smalley, a third year student at Villanova University Law School, presented a CLE entitled “Disability Inclusion: Awareness & Allyship.” School Law Department Shareholder, Sanmathi “Sanu” Dev, served as moderator for the panel discussion hosted by the Diversity & Inclusion Committee at the firm.
The participants provided an overview of the laws protecting individuals with disabilities, addressed misconceptions of disabilities, and discussed inclusive practices and ways to be an ally.
