Plaintiff appealed the trial court’s order for summary judgment dismissing all claims of discrimination and retaliation under the NJLAD. The Appellate Division affirmed the Order concluding that Plaintiff failed to provide sufficient facts to support the claims of discrimination or retaliation or the aiding and abetting claims under the NJLAD against Captain Forrester.
