Mt. Laurel, NJ – Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Ralph R. Smith, 3rd, Esq. has recently joined the firm as Vice Chairman of its Labor & Employment Law Department.
A Cherry Hill resident, Mr. Smith has over 20 years of experience in the areas of employment litigation and preventative employment practices. Additionally, he represents companies and individuals in complex commercial litigation. He is a frequent lecturer and author on labor and employment-related topics.
Mr. Smith received his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University and his J.D., cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law. Upon graduation from law school, he served for two years as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Jerome B. Simandle of the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. Mr. Smith is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
