Shareholder Claire Ringel Retires

Capehart Scatchard announces the retirement of Claire Y. Ringel, celebrating 35 years of outstanding service and a distinguished career dedicated to serving the firm’s clients.

Following her graduation from Rutgers School of Law in Camden, Ms. Ringel served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Judge Charles A. Little in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Camden County. She joined Capehart Scatchard in 1991 and spent more than three decades establishing herself as a respected attorney and valued member of the firm.

A shareholder in the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department, Ms. Ringel is a Certified Workers’ Compensation Attorney whose practice focused on representing employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters.

Ms. Ringel has been a trusted mentor to new associates and she has shaped the careers of many attorneys within the firm. Beyond her legal practice, she was a steadfast supporter of the firm’s charitable initiatives and was always among the first to volunteer her time and talents.
