Mt. Laurel, NJ – – Capehart Scatchard Shareholders Amy C. Goldstein, Esq. and Christopher J. Hoare, Esq. recently spoke at a National Business Institute seminar on “Applying the Rules of Evidence: What Every Attorney Needs to Know” in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Ms. Goldstein presented on the various aspects of hearsay objections and exceptions and Mr. Hoare spoke on electronic discovery.
A resident of Cherry Hill, Ms. Goldstein has practiced all aspects of family law for thirty years. Her practice areas include marital and civil union dissolutions, alimony, child support, cohabitation and prenuptial agreements, child custody and related matters. Ms. Goldstein received her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania School of Law. She received her B.A., with Honors, Phi Beta Kappa from the State University of New York at Binghamton.
A resident of Robbinsville, Mr. Hoare focuses his practice in construction, railroad, professional negligence and bodily injury litigation defense. For over 20 years, he has represented railroads and construction defendants in cases involving FELA, grade crossing collisions, trespasser fatalities, construction accidents, property damage, and other matters. Mr. Hoare received his law degree from Seton Hall University and his B.A. degree from Rutgers University.
