Mollenthiel Fiore, recently attended the 7th Annual Halo Ball, hosted by the South Jersey Young Professionals Association (“SJYPA”). The sold-out event was held at the Crowne Plaza Cherry Hill on March 19, 2016.
Ms. Dev and Ms. Mollenthiel Fiore are members of the SJYPA and served on the Halo Ball Committee to help organize the event. The funds raised at the ball will be used to support Camp No Worries, a summer camp created solely to give children with cancer and their siblings an opportunity to relax, enjoy themselves, and forget about their worries for one week every summer. Camp No Worries is a place that allows children facing a diagnosis of cancer and their siblings an opportunity to just be kids and is a part of the YMCA of Burlington and Camden counties in South Jersey.

Ms. Ruccolo is one of 24 women selected to the list, which identifies female leaders in philanthropy, finance, marketing, health care and beyond who are making their mark in their respective fields.
Ms. Ruccolo, a Marlton resident, concentrates her practice primarily in commercial, employment and complex general civil litigation and commercial transactions. Her litigation experience has included small and complicated commercial litigation on behalf of lending institutions, corporations and individuals including but not limited to consumer fraud, breach of contract, discrimination and wrongful discharge claims and business disputes.

Ms. Hammill-Pasqua is a lifelong resident of Toms River and a graduate of Toms River High School North. She earned her Bachelor of Arts at The College of New Jersey and her Juris Doctor at Seton Hall School of Law in 2000. She is a member of the Ocean County College 100 Women Campaign.
Ms. Hammill-Pasqua, a member of Capehart Scatchard’s Workers’ Compensation Department, concentrates her practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense matters. She is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Workers’ Compensation Law Attorney.
Ms. Dev concentrates her practice on school law and labor and employment law. She is experienced in representing, advising, and defending boards of education and charter schools in all areas of school law including: labor and employment, special education, Section 504, student discipline and civil rights. Ms. Dev, a Hamilton resident, received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden and her B.A. degree in Economics and International Relations, with honors, from Boston University. During law school, she served as the Managing Research Editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law & Public Policy. Upon law school graduation, Ms. Dev worked as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ronald E. Bookbinder, Assignment Judge of the New Jersey Superior Court for Burlington County. She is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court of New Jersey.
Ms. Grant, a member of the Regulatory and Governmental Affairs Department which is based out of the firm’s Trenton office, concentrates her practice in the representation of private and public sector clients in all aspects of federal, state, and municipal civil litigation and in state administrative matters. Ms. Grant, a Columbus resident, received her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden and her B.A degree in History and a B.S. degree in Math from Cabrini College, magna cum laude. Ms. Knipe focuses her practice in general insurance defense litigation throughout the federal and state courts of New York and New Jersey with a concentration in construction litigation, premises liability, NY Labor Law 240/241, and automobile accident defense. Ms. Knipe, a Robbinsville, resident, received her law degree from Albany Law School of Union University and her B.A. degree in Political Science from Union College, cum laude in Schenectady, NY. Mt. Laurel, NJ – – Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that paralegal, Kay M. Sowa, was recently voted as Chair of the Rowan College at Burlington County (RCBC) Paralegal Advisory Board.
The purpose of the Paralegal Advisory Board is to promote the Paralegal program at RCBC and to develop interest among the legal and business community in the use of paralegals in the workplace. Ms. Sowa will be working with the Advisory Board’s three subcommittees regarding the evaluation of the curriculum, assessment of the program and marketing of the program to potential students and employers. Additionally, Ms. Sowa will work with the Director of the Paralegal program to maintain the American Bar Association accreditation of the program.
Ms. Sowa, a Mount Laurel resident, is an Internal Revenue Service Enrolled Agent eligible to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the IRS. She is also a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor through the Institute of Certified Bankers. In addition to her paralegal duties in probate, tax and accounting matters relating to trusts, estates and individuals, she assists in estate litigation matters.

Mt. Laurel, NJ – Capehart Scatchard is pleased to announce that Workers’ Compensation Department Shareholder Stephen T. Fannon, Esq. has been named to the firm’s Executive Committee.
Mr. Fannon, a Marlton resident and co-chair of the firm’s Workers’ Compensation Department, has been with the firm for 36 years and concentrates his practice in the representation of employers, self-insured companies, third-party administrators, and insurance carriers in workers’ compensation defense.
Mr. Fannon received his law degree, with honors, and Order of the Coif, from Drake University School of Law in 1980 and his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Rowan University (formerly Glassboro State College) in 1976. He was also a visiting student at the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
He is a member of the American, New Jersey State, Burlington and Camden County Bar Associations, as well as a Master in the Justice James H. Coleman, Jr. New Jersey Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court, Master, 2003 – 2005. In 2013 he was inducted as a Fellow of the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers, American Bar Association, Section of Labor and Employment Law, Tort, Trial and Insurance Practice Section, Workers’ Compensation Committee.
